LOVE Virus: Yggdrasill

       In the wake of Corona Virus frenzy,

I had the honor to launch this chapter

with a Co-Creator Retreat.

Ten amazing women gathered,

shared their wisdom,

offered their gifts,

and received with smiling and safety.

The connecting

that happened this weekend

was the perfect immune booster.

So how do I honor

this gift of quality time

with such strong hearts and soothing beats?

Answer:

Keep up the vibration!

I am so blessed to get to a chance to

Mix the love they gave

With my own nourishing

And send it out to Humanity,

the animals,

the plants,

and the planet itself!

So I took a ceremonial bath!

Recipe:

∞ Change the propane tank by myself for the first time for my first home, my tiny home, Xanadu!

∞ Fill bathtub, add Epsom salt and some of my homeopathic faery water

∞ Light a candle

∞ Put on healing music

∞ Sing or tone,

sometimes with my heart in the water,

feeling my neck

and noticing the vibration

in this physical way,

sending Love and Light

in and out

to all beings everywhere

∞ Add body gratitude, consciously appreciating my body parts

as I lather and do lymph massage (for immunity),

exfoliate and rinse away what I no longer need

∞ When rinsing my hair, I imagine rainbow light

coming into my crown chakra and third eye,

down to my heart and cells,

and send it out again

with blessings and visions of health

and vitality, blooming, and thriving,

making this world a kind and peaceful place!
